Prince2 Foundation Course

Prince2 Foundation Course

MODULE OVERVIEW

Prince2 Projects in Controlled Environments, is a project management methodology, owned by the Office of Government commerce (OGC) covering the organisation, management and control of projects large and small.

Initially developed for IT projects, its derivative, PRINCE2, adopts a generic, best practice oriented approach for the management of all types of projects.
Structured project management means managing the project in a logical, and organised way, following defined steps.

PRINCE2 is a widely used and supported project management method of controlling large and small projects, providing detailed guidance on how to control, monitor, organise and communicate within projects. Overall, projects that use PRINCE2 are more likely to succeed in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Government and Commercial organisations throughout the world choose PRINCE2 for a more structured environment
